How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange no questions asked.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s site.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I start a return?

Please navigate to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the instructions on the screen to request a prepaid return label.

Where do you ship?

Due to high demand, occasionally some of our products do go out of stock. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels, and we usually expect to replenish any product line within a couple of weeks. If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is out of stock and it looks like it will take longer than expected to get it to you, we will let you know and offer you the option of a full refund.

What happens if what I ordered is out of stock?

Awkwardness gives me great comfort. I've never been cool, but I've felt cool. I've been in the cool place, but I wasn't really cool - I was trying to pass for hip or cool. It's the awkwardness that's nice. Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury.
